Used 2020 Chevrolet Equinox AWD 4dr LT w/2FL Review
With us today, we have a 2020 Chevrolet Equinox. White with Black interior. The Equinox is actually not only Chevy’s best, but GM’s best SUV or best selling suv. Let’s go ahead and start this up and do a quick walk around for you. So this one has the optional 19 inch polished aluminum wheels as well. You can see the black bow ties that we put on the front and helps the vehicle stand out, give it that nice sporty look, and maintain a little bit of individuality out in there. I really like those wheels.
All right, now let’s go ahead and open up the back. This does have the confidence, convenience package, which gives you that power lift gate, as well as a couple other options. I’ll go over. So got the formats back here. We don’t like to throw ’em in until someone gets a vehicle just to make sure it’s all stays clean.
So first thing, sure. The sideways here, make it a little bit easier underneath. You have a lot of storage.
Cool thing is this actually maintains a spare tire underneath too. I’m a huge advocate for these spares. I mean, unless you’re pumping magic in, I mean, if you have a. Side blowout or something, sidewalk blowout. Those inflater kits aren’t gonna do much. So I really like having a spare tire there. Um, another thing, these convenient latches back here, just go ahead and pull it.
It’s gonna drop those seats down so you don’t have to run around all the way to the front, back and forth spec if you have something in your hands, and I mean, they drop down, honestly, pretty low. I’ll show you another view up there too.
Let’s go ahead and, uh, take a peek inside. All right. Now in the back seat of this 2020 Chevrolet Equinox. Let’s take a peek at what your passengers back here are gonna have. So first thing, on the back of this center console, you have two vents. Really nice addition when they redesigned the Equinox in 2018 to add these back here as well as some charging ports for us.
Now with these backseats, they are multi positional. So you can see the one I’m in it is actually reclined back about two inches or so. And then we pull this center part down. If you don’t have a passenger there, you have your built-in cup holders and that arm armrest. Well, let’s go take a peek up front.

Now over here that is our rear park assist. It’s sensing that there’s something behind us. So nice. Uh, little test so you can see that as well and how that works. Put the vehicle back in park and moving along down here. Included on that confidence and convenience is also the dual climate zone. So let’s say the drivers at 71 when we’re in the passenger at 73, if I want to sync those, you guessed it, press.
And you can also hit auto and it’s gonna automatically take over the fan speed and your directionals to get to that desired temperature there. One of the favorite things that I like about this too is with the cloth seats, you actually get heated seats, three levels of each really nice. So you don’t have to deal with the too hot or too cold of the leather and then still maintain that comfort in the heated suits.
And I really like it. Like I said, it has that like honeycomb. On the inside cushions. Now looking over here, this is the all-wheel drive model. So alright, nice thing is you can engage that and disengage it on command. So on a beautiful day like today, we don’t need all-wheel drive, we can just have front wheel drive and it’s gonna get around just fine Then if we need it simple press all-wheel drive mode on and you’re good to go.
You can do that on the fl. So no worries. Last thing I wanna show you here is an electronic parking brake. Simply pull that up and it sets our electronic parking brake. So no more slamming your foot down anymore. Just simple press of that into release. Put your foot on the brake one touch, and you’re good to go.
